Welcome to GOYO Local Boost ("GOYO," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
GOYO provides an all-in-one content creation and local SEO platform. Services include social media content tools (Quick Post, Template Stitcher, Countdown Carousel, Slider, Quote Cards), Script Editor, Hashtag Generator, AI Coach (powered by DeepSeek AI), Media Library, QR Code Maker, Flyer/Neighborhood Post Generator, and Virtual Assistant Portal.
During the beta period (through June 2026), all tools are free for the first 100 founding members. After beta, services are $299/month for the Business Pro tier. The $299/month includes ongoing SEO services and access to all tools. Beta members will receive priority pricing.
All fees are due at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may result in service suspension.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using GOYO tools. By submitting content to our platform, you grant GOYO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
By providing your phone number and affirmatively checking the consent checkbox during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages and phone calls from GOYO regarding your account, service updates, and marketing. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing services. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or by contacting us at support@goyolocalboost.com.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SEO RESULTS VARY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. THIS IS A BETA SERVICE AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS OR INCOMPLETE FEATURES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOYO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be suspended. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination. We are not liable for any damages resulting from termination.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State] without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], [Your State]. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and GOYO regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
