Terms will be finalized before the full launch (June 1, 2026). This document outlines the preliminary service agreement for GOYO Local Boost ("GOYO," "we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of our platform and services.
GOYO provides content creation tools, local SEO services, and virtual assistant support for local businesses. During the beta period, all tools are provided free of charge to the first 100 founding members. After the beta period, services will be offered at $299/month (Business Pro tier).
Services include: social media content tools (Quick Post, Template Stitcher, Countdown, Slider, Quote Cards), script editor, flyer/neighborhood post generator, hashtag generator, AI Coach assistant, media library, and virtual assistant portal.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
During the beta period, access is free. Upon transition to paid service, you will be billed $299/month on a subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create using GOYO tools. By submitting content, you grant GOYO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox during signup, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from GOYO regarding your account, service updates, and marketing. You understand that consent is not required as a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or contacting us directly.
You agree not to: (a) use GOYO for any illegal purpose; (b) upload malware or harmful code; (c) attempt to circumvent our security measures; (d) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
GOYO services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. SEO results vary and are not guaranteed. This is a beta service and may contain bugs or incomplete features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOYO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease. GOYO may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Your content will be retained for 30 days following termination.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State] without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County], [Your State].
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
